Ingredients for 4 persons)
3 carrots.
2 small zucchini.
2 onions.
1 small broccoli.
250 g of mushrooms.
2 tablespoons of olive oil.
2 tablespoons of rosemary hydrosol.
Preparation
Peel the carrots, onions, mushrooms.
Cut the carrots and zucchini into sticks, the onions and mushrooms into strips.
Cut the broccoli into very small heads. Heat the oil in the wok.
Add the vegetables and brown them, mixing vigorously. Season and add the rosemary hydrosol off the heat.
This wok can be made with any vegetable, depending on the seasons and your desires.
Rosemary hydrosol is also perfect for deglazing meats.
