In the peak season between May and June, the pickers rise at dawn and venture into the blooming expanses. ? The flower must indeed be harvested between 5 and 9 am before the heat causes its delicate essence to evaporate in the flower's daily cycle. It is then distilled with modern and efficient stainless steel stills within 24 hours to retain all its fresh fragrance.
