Millepertuis (hypericum perforatum) is a perennial herbaceous plant of the family of clusiaceae or hypericaceous according to the classification. The transparent secretory pockets present on the limb of elongated leaves give the impression of multiple perforations, a particularity at the origin of the name of a thousandpertuis which means a thousand holes.
